Find company information for 40,000 public and non-public companies. Content includes in-depth industry analyses, company location information, financial summaries, competitors, top officers and more. (link)

Bloomberg Law

To search for information on a Company:

  1. Select Browse all content 
  2. Select Business Intelligence
  3. Select Business Intelligence Center
  4. Select Company Lookup.  Enter the name of the company in the search box and then click GO.
  5. The Company profile retrieved with contain information such as: 
    • Company news
    • Financial information
    • Management portfolios
    • Filings
    • Holdings
    • Litigation
    • etc...
  6. You can follow that company by selecting "Add to Watchlist" 
  7. You can obtain an in-depth report by selecting "Create Report" and then "Quick Reports" or "Custom Reports"
  8. Consider creating a report on a company using the "Company Report Writer"  
  9. Search company public filings by selecting "Search Edgar"
